HTTP status 409

Meaning

The order can no longer be cancelled through the API because the merchant has already accepted it.

Typical causes

  • The status is no longer received (for example accepted or in_preparation).
  • The order was already cancelled or completed.

How to fix it

  • Check the status with GET /v1/orders/{id}.
  • Contact the merchant if an already accepted order is no longer needed.
