Meaning

A temporary problem occurred on our side. The status code can be 500, 502 or 503.

Typical causes

  • A fault or maintenance at OrderHi.

How to fix it

  • Retry after a short wait with the same external_order_id or Idempotency-Key. No duplicate order is created.
  • If the problem persists, contact [email protected] with the time and the external_order_id.
