Available data

The MCP connection is read-only. Which data the assistant sees depends on your subscribed products. If you do not have a product, its data is not available either.

POS

  • Sales: finalized POS invoices. Cancelations appear as separate sales with negative totals, so period sums are correct.
  • Cashbook: income and expenses with their positions.

Onlineshop

  • Archived orders: the same rows and figures as the transactions export in the shop's bookkeeping.

!!! warning "Note" Orders that have not been archived yet are not included, so revenue reported by the assistant can be lower than your actual turnover. Refunded orders are flagged but, as in the CSV export, are not subtracted from sums.

Reservations

  • Confirmed bookings that have a customer email on file.

For privacy reasons no customer data (name, email, phone, notes) and no amounts are included. The assistant cannot answer questions about who booked or how much revenue a booking generated.

Amounts and times

Amounts are given in cents (authoritative) and in euros. Dates follow your business's time zone.
