Meaning
The API key is valid, but the merchant has no active API subscription.
Typical causes
- The API has not been enabled for the merchant yet (private beta).
- The merchant's API subscription expired or was ended.
How to fix it
- Request activation: [email protected].
- The merchant can check their subscription in the OrderHi portal.
