OrderHi MCP

Open beta. The OrderHi MCP connection is in open beta. It is available to all customers with a matching product, but its scope and details may still change.

With the MCP (Model Context Protocol) connection you can link AI assistants such as Claude to your OrderHi account and ask questions about your business data in natural language, for example: "What was my revenue last week?" or "How many reservations do we have on Saturday?"

Current state

The connection is currently read-only. The assistant can retrieve data, but cannot change, create or delete anything in your account.

The following data is available:

  • POS: sales and cashbook
  • Onlineshop: archived orders
  • Reservations: confirmed bookings

Requirements

You can enable the MCP connection if you have subscribed to at least one of these products:

  • OrderHi POS
  • OrderHi Gastro Onlineshop
  • OrderHi Reservations

It is enabled in the business portal. See Setup for instructions.

The assistant only sees data of the products you have subscribed to, and only the data of your own business.
