Meaning

The requested order or webhook does not exist or belongs to another merchant.

Typical causes

• The id is misspelled or comes from another environment.
• The external_order_id was never sent to this merchant.
• The resource belongs to a different merchant than your API key.

How to fix it

• Check the id or the external_order_id.
• Create the order first with POST /v1/orders.
• Use the API key of the correct merchant.
